- Duplicate payments for the same registration (after verification).
- Transaction failure where the amount is debited but registration is not confirmed.
- Program cancelled by Indian LIT (full or partial refund as applicable).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect details submitted by the participant.
- Failure to participate after successful registration.
- Missed deadlines or incomplete submissions.
- Fees marked as “non-refundable” on the program page or registration form.
