₹749 Application Fee
The application fee is collected to reserve
your application and potential 1-to-1
Business Growth Call slot.
1. If Your Application Is Not Selected
If your application is reviewed and is not
selected for the 1-to-1 Business Growth Call,
the ₹749 application fee will be refunded.
2. If Your Application Is Selected
If your application is accepted, the ₹749
application fee will be refunded after you
attend and complete the scheduled call.
3. No-Show / Cancellation
The application fee will not be refundable
if you fail to attend your confirmed call or
cancel/reschedule without providing at least
24 hours' prior notice.
4. Application Submission Deadline
After successful payment, you must complete
and submit the application form within
48 hours.
If the application is not submitted within
this period, the application may be considered
incomplete and the ₹749 application fee may
be forfeited.
5. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed back through
the available payment method/payment gateway
after verification by the JustStartUp team.

2. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete
information while submitting your application.
Incorrect or misleading information may result
in rejection of the application.
3. Application Deadline
The application form should be completed within
48 hours after successful payment.
Failure to do so may result in your application
being closed and the application fee being
forfeited.
4. Scheduled Call
If selected, you are responsible for attending
the confirmed call at the agreed date and time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule,
at least 24 hours' prior notice should be
provided.
5. Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility is governed by the
Refund Policy displayed on this page.
6. Business Guidance Disclaimer

7. Payment Processing
Online payments are processed through Razorpay.
JustStartUp does not directly collect or store
your complete card number, CVV or banking
password.
8. Communication
By submitting the application, you agree that
the JustStartUp team may contact you using the
phone number, WhatsApp number or email address
submitted by you in relation to your
application and consultation.
9. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding
with payment, you confirm that you have read,
understood and agreed to these Terms &
Conditions and the Refund Policy.
